This is a fast and easy recipe. It is very healthy and simple. Just stack the layers and let it cook.
- Finely chop garlic and parsley. Then peel and slice potatoes.
- Add few table spoons of olive oil to cooking pot and stack the layers. First layer is sliced potato, then salt and pepper, garlic and parsley, cod and olive oil.
- Repeat that process until all ingredients are used.
- Pour water to cover top layer and cook for 45 minutes.
