This is a fast and easy recipe. It is healthier and more delicious than other pasta or macaroni and cheese recipes because of vegetables in it.

dried pasta

Gorgonzola

onion

clove of
garlic

stalk of
celery

milk

Gouda

cream cheese

butter

tablespoon of
flour
parsley
nutmeg
pepper

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Melt the butter in the saucepan, then add finely chopped onion and celery.
After 15 minutes add finely chopped garlick.
Then stir in flour and slowly add milk.
After that add Gorgonzola, Gouda and cream cheese, nutmeg and stir in.
Also add salt and pepper.
Drained pasta add to sauce and stir in.
At the end add parsley.
